At Treharris in June, E.Kt. William (Bill) Thomas, the Eminent Preceptor of Fforest Preceptory, Installed Companion Michael Andrew Brown of the Sure and Steadfast Chapter No.8991 as a Knight of the Order.
The Installation Ceremony, which was attended by EKt Carl Douglas Davies P.G.Dep.Mar, the Provincial Marshal, and a number of Great Officers, Provincial Officers and Bro Knights, was carried out by the Eminent Preceptor with the assistance of the Preceptory Marshal E.Kt. Viv Jones P.Pr.B.B, the Chaplain, E.Kt. Keri Evans P.Pr.2nd Const.
The Provincial Marshal expertly explained the Symbols of the Order. Following this Ceremony, the Provincial Marshal proclaimed the E.Kt. Bill Thomas as Eminent Preceptor and then Eminent Prior for a further year.
